These Terms of Use govern the use of the website www.bafm.pro (hereinafter — the Site), owned by Sole Proprietor Yulia V. Skvortsova (hereinafter — the Operator).

Using the Site constitutes the User’s unconditional agreement with these Terms. If the User does not agree with the Terms, they must stop using the Site.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Operator provides the User with access to information about the ‘Brazilian Football Academy’ football school, its branches, programmes, and services, and the ability to submit requests for trial sessions via the feedback forms.
3. User obligations
- Provide accurate information when filling out forms
- Not use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Not disrupt the operation of the Site

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5. Liability
The Operator is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Site caused by technical reasons. All materials posted on the Site are the intellectual property of the Operator.
