Consent to personal data processing
By ticking the consent box and/or submitting a form on the site https://bafm.pro (hereinafter — the Site), the user (hereinafter — the Subject) freely, of their own will and in their own interest, gives consent to Sole Proprietor Yulia V. Skvortsova (OGRNIP 323774600603881, INN 772790894289) (hereinafter — the Operator) to process their personal data and the child’s personal data on the following terms.
1. Data composition
The parent’s (legal representative’s) surname, first name, and patronymic; phone number; the child’s age; other data the Subject voluntarily enters in the form; and data transmitted automatically when visiting the Site (cookies, IP address, browser and device information, web-analytics data). Special categories of personal data and biometric data are not processed by the Operator.
2. Purposes of processing
Processing the enquiry and request, contacting the Subject, enrolment in trial and regular sessions, conclusion and performance of the services contract. Advertising and informational mailings are sent only with the Subject’s separate consent (a separate checkbox in the form) and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. List of actions
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.
4. Methods of processing
Using automation tools and without them.
5. Transfer to third parties
The Operator may entrust processing to engaged processors: a hosting provider that stores the Site in the Russian Federation, and OOO «YANDEX» (16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021) for the «Yandex Metrica» web analytics, on terms of confidentiality and compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, refinement and retrieval of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located in the Russian Federation.
6. Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn, unless another period is established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending an application to infobaf.ru@gmail.com. The Subject may also appeal the Operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.
