Khimki · Moscow · 4–6 years
Five is a great age for a first taste of football: coordination is already good enough to control the ball, and the playful format turns sport into a celebration. We train little ones with the Brazilian method — the one where children fall in love with the ball rather than marching to a whistle.
Ball tag, ‘red light, green light’, obstacle courses: every exercise is a game. Children build agility and ball control without even noticing the ‘training’.
With the Brazilian method, each child has their own ball for almost the entire session — no queues of ten children for a single ball.
A child may feel shy at first — that’s perfectly normal. The coach gently draws them in, and parents are welcome to watch the session.
No strength work or overload — just running, coordination, balance, and basic movements with the ball.
Simple instructions are given in Russian and English — at five, language is absorbed naturally. Read more about football in English.
A first accurate pass and a first goal are events we celebrate. That’s how confidence and a love of sport are born.
No drills, no shouting, no ‘selecting the promising ones’, and no boring laps around the pitch. At 4–6 the goal is simple — for the child to fall in love with movement and the ball. Technique and tactics come later, in the ‘golden age’ of 7–9 — see our guide ‘What age to start your child in football’.
Younger groups are formed by birth year. The main venue is Khimki, Kudryavtseva St., 10B (training on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays); we also have a branch in Moscow, Capitol Mall. We’ll find the exact group and time for your child when you sign up — leave a request or call us.
For the first session, bring sportswear, indoor shoes with non-slip soles, and a water bottle — we provide the ball and equipment. Girls are just as welcome as boys: football for girls.
Leave your details — we’ll call back within 15 minutes during working hours and tell you everything.
We accept little ones from age 4. At 4–5 the sessions are entirely play-based: the focus is on coordination, agility, and a love of the ball rather than technique. Younger groups are formed by birth year so children are comfortable among peers of the same age.
Yes, this is completely normal for preschoolers, and no experience is needed. A child may feel shy in the first sessions — the coach gently draws them in through play, without pressure. Parents are welcome to watch the session, which helps little ones settle in more calmly.
A session lasts 45–60 minutes — a comfortable format for little ones. There is no strength work or overload: just running, coordination, balance, and basic movements with the ball. The load is always appropriate for the child's age.
The main difference is lots of touches: each child has their own ball for almost the entire session, with no queues of ten children for a single ball. Exercises are built as games — ball tag, 'red light, green light', obstacle courses — so the child builds ball control without even noticing the 'training'.
