Terms of service and consumer information
This information is published in accordance with the Rules for the provision of physical fitness and health services (approved by Russian Government Decree No. 129 of 30 January 2023) and the Russian Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 2300-I of 7 February 1992.
1. Provider details

1.6. The services provided are physical fitness and sports training services and are not educational activities subject to licensing under Federal Law No. 273-FZ of 29 December 2012 "On Education in the Russian Federation".
2. List of services, formats and conditions
2.1. Group football training sessions for children in age groups (approximately 4–16 years; the group is selected by age and level).
2.2. Individual training sessions.
2.3. Special formats: groups for girls, sessions in English, goalkeeper training, mini groups.
2.4. Additional services priced separately: international camps, football birthday party.
2.5. Services are provided in person, on schedule, at the locations listed in clause 1.3. Session length and group size depend on age and are communicated at sign-up.
2.6. The first (trial) session is free for every new child.
3. Timeframes
3.1. Services are provided during the paid period (as a rule, a calendar month) in accordance with the group schedule.
3.2. The number of sessions in the paid period is determined by the chosen pass (see section 4).
4. Prices and payment
4.1. Current prices are published on the Pricing page:
- trial session — 0 ₽;
- pass, 4 sessions per month — 7,000 ₽;
- pass, 8 sessions per month — 12,000 ₽;
- pass, 12 sessions per month — 15,000 ₽;
- individual session with the head coach — 4,000 ₽ per hour.
4.2. All prices are in Russian roubles and include all mandatory charges. There are no hidden fees. Balls and academy equipment are provided.
4.3. Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer, as agreed at sign-up.
4.4. The price agreed and paid at sign-up does not change during the paid period. The provider announces price changes in advance by publishing them on the website; new prices apply to future periods.
5. Discounts and special conditions
5.1. The first (trial) session is free for every new child.
5.2. "Bring a friend": the first session for your child's friend is also free. If the friend buys a package, both children — the invited one and the one who invited — get a 20% discount on the next month of training. Check the terms when you sign up.
5.3. Any other discounts, where they apply, are communicated at sign-up and published on the website.
6. Changing and terminating the contract
6.1. The contract is concluded on the terms of the public offer, including remotely.
6.2. The customer may withdraw at any time before the services are actually provided, subject to payment of the costs actually incurred by the provider (Art. 32 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights").
6.3. Refunds are made on the customer's application sent to infobaf.ru@gmail.com within 10 business days of receipt, less costs actually incurred, which the provider confirms on request.
6.4. The procedure for cancelling and rescheduling individual sessions is communicated at sign-up.
7. Complaints

7.2. The provider reviews the complaint and sends a reasoned response within 10 business days.
8. Health and safety
8.1. The parent (legal representative) confirms that the child has no medical contraindications to sport and is responsible for the child's fitness to take part.
8.2. The parent must inform the coach in advance of any health conditions requiring attention (chronic illness, allergies, activity limits).
8.3. The provider ensures safety during sessions within its area of responsibility and gives a safety briefing on conduct in the hall and on the pitch.
9. Consumer rights
9.1. Consumer rights are set out in the Russian Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 2300-I of 7 February 1992, including the right to information about the service and the provider, the right to safety, the right to compensation for harm and the right to withdraw from the contract.
9.2. The consumer may apply to Rospotrebnadzor or to a court in the manner established by Russian law.
