Football for girls

Women’s football is the fastest-growing sport in the world. At the Brazilian Football Academy, girls aged 4–16 train using the same GINGA method as young national-team players — in age-based groups, led by a coach from FC Santos.

What football gives a girl

💪

Confidence and character

Football teaches you not to fear a challenge, to make decisions, and to see things through — on the pitch and in life.

🤸

Coordination and fitness

Agility, speed, endurance — balanced physical development without monotonous drills.

👭

Team and friendship

Team play, respect for opponents, and an atmosphere you want to stay in.

Girls train in age-based groups with their peers. The coach tailors the load and the tasks individually — your level doesn’t matter, you can start from scratch. Sessions take place in Khimki at Kudryavtseva St., 10B and in Moscow at Capitol Mall.

A professional path for girls is open today: every top Russian club has a women’s team, there are Olympic-reserve sports schools and a women’s youth national team. And it all starts with a first session.

Frequently asked questions

From what age can I enrol a girl in the football section?

We accept girls from 4 to 16. The youngest join groups for little ones, where sessions are built around play, while older girls go into groups by age and level. You can start at any age within this range.

Do girls train separately from boys or in mixed groups?

Girls train in age-based groups alongside their peers — this is normal practice in children’s football and helps them improve faster. If you have any preferences about the group, tell the coach and we’ll find a comfortable option.

Does my daughter need any prior experience, or can she start from scratch?

No experience is needed — most girls come with none at all. The coach tailors the load and the tasks individually, so a newcomer eases into the rhythm and keeps up with the group.

What should a girl bring to her first session?

Comfortable sportswear, trainers and a bottle of water are enough; it’s best to tie long hair back so it doesn’t get in the way. No special kit or boots are needed for the trial session — just come in something you can move freely in.

Is there a future in football for girls after training here?

Yes: today every top Russian club has a women’s team, and there are Olympic-reserve sports schools and a women’s youth national team. We give the foundation through the GINGA method, and the path is open from there — though many girls train simply for health and enjoyment.
