Khimki · Moscow · our youngest groups
A child's first encounter with the ball matters most — it decides whether they'll fall in love with sport. We take little ones from age 4 and turn every session into a game: no drilling, no selection and no queues to a single ball. If your child is still 3, we'll tell you when it's best to start and pre-book a place.
At 3–4 children don't need 'drills' — they need games. Tag with the ball, 'traffic light', an obstacle course: agility and coordination develop by themselves.
In the Brazilian GINGA method each child has their own ball almost the whole session — maximum touches, minimum waiting.
Being shy at first is normal. The coach involves the child through play, without pressure, and parents can watch the session.
No strength exercises: running, balance, basic movements with the ball — exactly what's good for a growing body.
Little ones train among peers — it's more comfortable and safer. No selection: we welcome everyone.
Khimki — Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday; Moscow — Capitol Mall. We'll pick the group and time when you sign up.
The academy's groups are formed from age 4: before that, children are usually more comfortable just playing with the ball at home and in the yard. If your child is 3 now, call us: we'll advise when it's best to start and pre-book a place in the nearest junior group so it's ready by their fourth birthday. On how to tell a child is ready for a section, see our guide "What age to start your child in football".
Sessions are structured by age: football for kids aged 5 · age 6 · age 7 · senior groups up to 16 — on the home page. Girls are just as welcome: football for girls.
Leave your details — we'll call back within 15 minutes during working hours and tell you everything.
The academy's groups start from age 4, formed by year of birth so little ones are comfortable among peers. If your child is 3 now, call us on +7 925 337-55-05: we'll advise when it's best for your child to start and pre-book a place in the nearest junior group.
Not if sessions are built for the age. At 4 it isn't a strict 'sports section' but playful ball activities: running, agility, balance, first touches. No drilling and no selection — the goal is for the child to fall in love with movement and the ball.
A session lasts 45–60 minutes and consists entirely of games: tag with the ball, 'traffic light', an obstacle course. In the Brazilian method each child has their own ball almost the whole time. Parents can watch, so the child adapts more calmly.
No. For the first session, sports clothes, indoor shoes with non-slip soles and a bottle of water are enough — the ball and equipment are provided by the academy. The first session is free.
