Football for teenagers 13–16

Teenage football is about competition, tactics and real fitness. We train in the Brazilian GINGA method: technique and enjoyment, not drilling. It's not too late to start — we take both those who've played for years and those stepping onto the pitch for the first time.

What a teenager gets from football with us

⚔️

Competitive football

Games, tournaments, a scoreboard. At this age competition is the motivator — and we provide it.

🧠

Tactics & thinking

Positional play, interactions, decision speed — what sets a player apart from "just a runner".

💪

Fitness

Stamina, speed, coordination — the load grows with age; sport instead of a phone screen.

A track for the ambitious

Wants more? There are one-on-one sessions and preparation for trials.

Starting at 13–14 isn't too late

If the goal is health, fitness and enjoyment, you can start at any age: a teenager picks up the basics fast. Honestly: for a professional career, starting from scratch at 13–14 is late, and we don't promise the impossible. But playing, progressing and loving football — that's real to start now. For motivated kids there's preparation for trials with an honest assessment of prospects. Girls train alongside: football for girls.

Frequently asked questions

Is it too late to start football at 13–14?

Not if the goal is health, enjoyment and good fitness. A teenager quickly picks up the basic technique and gets the most out of the game. For a professional career, 13–14 is a late start from scratch, and we say so honestly — but you can start playing, progressing and loving football at any age.

How is teenage training different from junior groups?

More competition, tactics and physical work. Teenagers work on speed of decision-making, positional play and team interactions, and the load grows with age. The Brazilian GINGA approach stays — technique and enjoyment, not drilling.

Will you take a teenager with no experience?

Yes, we take children without selection. The group is picked by age and level so a beginner is comfortable. At a free session the coach assesses the level and suggests the right format — group, or with added one-on-one sessions.

Where and when do teenagers train?

In Khimki at Kudryavtseva St., 10B and in Moscow at Capitol Mall on Pravoberezhnaya St., 1B. We'll pick the group and schedule for your age when you sign up — leave a request or call +7 925 337-55-05.
